Privacy policy

This policy describes what this website actually does, rather than what a template usually lists. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads no content from third-party servers when a page opens. No cookie banner is therefore required.

1. Controller

There is no statutory obligation to appoint a data protection officer, as the conditions of § 38 BDSG are not met.

2. Visiting the site (server log files)

The site is served by Vercel, a service of Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When a page is opened, the server processes technically necessary access data, in particular:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• the page or file requested
• amount of data transferred and status code
• browser type and operating system

This processing is technically necessary in order to deliver the site at all and to keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and functional provision). We have no access to these log files ourselves and do not evaluate them.

As Vercel is based in the USA, a transfer to a third country may occur. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Further details at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

3. Enquiry form

When you submit the form on the home page, you send us:

• your name
• your email address
• your telephone number
• your postcode
• property type and desired cleaning frequency
• your message, if you write one

We use this information solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

Delivery is handled technically by Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), which delivers the enquiry to our mailbox by email. Resend acts as a processor. Sending is pinned to the EU region (Ireland), so the contents are processed within the European Union. The enquiry reaches us as email and is not additionally stored in a database.

Retention: we keep enquiries until they have been fully dealt with and delete them after six months at the latest — unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case statutory retention periods apply, in particular ten years under § 147 AO and six years under § 257 HGB.

4. Contact by email or telephone

If you write or call us directly, we process your details in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The retention periods in section 3 apply equally.

5. Fonts and images

All fonts and images are loaded from our own server. Opening a page establishes no connection to Google Fonts, to an image service, or to any other provider, and no IP address is transmitted to such services.

6. Nothing is stored on your device

This site stores nothing on your device: no cookies, no values in the browser's local storage, no tracking. The language follows the address you visit — / for German, /en for English — rather than a saved setting. No consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore required, and no cookie banner is needed.

7. Encryption

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, so data in transit is protected against being read by third parties.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
